The Flexibility Bench is a gymnastic apparatus intended for performing standards. It is a metal frame with wooden lining and markings for changing the flexibility of athletes. When performing a standard on flexibility on the gymnastic bench, on command the athlete swings and makes two bends. The palms of the hands are stretched along the ruler as far as possible along the measurement scale. The legs must be straight. The third bend the participant makes with effort and fixes the position for at least 2 seconds.
Regular bench workouts will help maintain and increase flexibility, even as you age. And the most effective bench exercise is considered to be between the ages of 9 and 14 years.
