Description

The product is designed to maintain the set temperature of the first dishes during short-term storage in hot condition in hot pots and their distribution to consumers at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines of hot shops and distribution lines of self-service canteens. The product is designed for operation in rooms with artificially regulated climatic conditions and consists of a lower module, a shelf and a tray guide. A shelf is installed on the table top of the lower module.

The table top with burners and the control panel are installed on the lower module. It is possible to cover with decorative film, decorative panels and illuminate the front panel of the lower module as an additional option. The tray rails of the neighbouring counters can be fastened by means of bolts and nuts.

The shelf is used for displaying portioned dishes. The height of the product can be adjusted by means of supports.
