The tanker is designed to extinguish fires in residential buildings, structures, industrial facilities, delivery to the place of call of the crew, fire-technical armament (FTA) and stock of extinguishing agents.
The tank truck may be used as an independent "fighting" unit or as a pumping unit when working "in transfer" with one or several other tank trucks.
The tanker truck shall be designed to be able to:
- filling of the tank and foam tank with extinguishing agents;
- supply of water and foam from the tanker through manual and stationary gun barrels without installation on a water source;
- water intake from a pond, fire hydrant and its supply for fire extinguishing needs through hand-held or stationary gun barrels;
- intake of foaming agent from a third-party container;
- filling the tank with pressurised water from an external source through a dry pipe;
- placement of necessary fire-fighting equipment, equipment and tools in the body.
