Description

Designed for feeding components into the hopper-doser or scale-mixer

The principle of operation of the feeder is based on the movement of the transported product by a screw rotating in a chute.

The product enters through the feed spigot, moves along the chute and is discharged through the discharge spigots.

The feeder is a casing in which the auger is placed. The auger shaft is supported at both ends by bearings installed in the end walls of the casing. In the upper part of the casing there is a spigot with a flange for connecting the feeder to a silo or hopper, and a spigot for connecting a gravity pipe at the bottom.

By regulating the motor shaft speed with a frequency converter, the necessary volume dosage is achieved according to the established technology.
