Description
The US 1A restraint system is a means of personal protection (PPE) against falling from height, consists of a restraining (strapless) harness UP 1 and sling A made of tape.
It is used for work at height in the construction of buildings, structures, residential and industrial high-rise buildings. It is the simplest insurance against falling from height, therefore the scope of use is very narrow, mainly the belt with a sling made of tape can be used for fall arrest on high horizons (such as: platforms, roofs, floors, slabs) preventing the worker from entering the danger zone where a fall from height is possible.
Another name of the belt would be - Safety construction belt type A tape.
