Description
The Fabrikant chair is an office chair.
The chair consists of a metal support, seat and backrest. The support is a strong welded metal frame made of round steel pipes ø22 mm wall 1.2 mm (legs, backrest), pipe ø16 mm wall 1.2 mm (rear crossbar) and sheet metal 2.0 mm thick. The legs are fitted with plastic plugs, which make the chair stable and protect the floor covering from abrasion. The design of the support is galvanised. The thickness of the chrome layer in galvanic coating is 23 microns. Galvanic coating has high hardness (from 6000 to 9000 N/mm2), high wear resistance and protects the metal surface from corrosion, which increases the service life of the product several times.
The seat and backrest are made of 8 mm thick plywood with a filling of 20 mm thick elastic polyurethane foam with a density of 22 kg/m3.
The upholstery of the chair can be fabric: TK upholstery material made of 100% synthetic fibre; or artificial leather: ECO, PV or.
