Explosion-Proof Electric Actuator MBOV-(40-125) for Safe Operations

Electric actuator shut-off single-turn explosion-proof with built-in electronic control. Electric actuator MBOV-(40-125) Mnom = X Nm AGSHI.654147.006TU, where X is the required torque value from the range 40, 63, 80, 100, 125 Nm. The actuator has a built-in electronic control unit and, unlike other similar electric actuators of MBO (MBOV) type, there is no need to use any external control units (BUPU, BAZ-01M or BUP-M) for this actuator.

The actuator provides quick closing of the valve at any moment of time from any position of its working body under automatic (from the control system), remote (from the control panel) or manual control. The actuator closes the safety relay within 1 second. It can be used in explosive zones according to GOST R 51330.9-99 and GOST R 51330.13-99 where formation of explosive mixtures of category IIA and IIB of groups T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 according to GOST R 51330.5-99 is possible.
