Description

Springless mattresses. Fillings: polyurethane foam, latex, coconut coir, memory Foam, quilted mattress fabric, etc. The type and number of layers depends on the qualities that the finished mattress should have.

Cover - Mattress fabric is quilted on a filling of syntepon or polyurethane foam. The edges of the cover are processed. After the cover is made, it is edged on the edging machine (around the perimeter of the top and bottom of the mattress cover is covered with a special dense edging tape width of 30-42 mm.

The final stage is mattress packing.
