Evaporative Condenser Model ESA-800 for Efficient Ammonia Cooling

Condenser evaporative brand IR (ESA) (hereinafter referred to as "condenser") is designed for cooling and condensation of ammonia vapours in the refrigeration unit. The condenser is used as a part of ammonia refrigeration units (ARU) at the enterprises on storage and processing of food products and in other technological processes. The condenser body is made in the form of a rigid welded structure and fulfils the function of support for heat-exchange blocks.

In the lower part of the casing there is a spigot for drainage of circulating water. Fans are attached to the inclined walls of the casing. The condenser heat exchange unit consists of a forecondenser and a main section.

The forecondenser is made of pipes with diameter 25x1,5; united by collectors, has plate finning and also fulfils the functions of a droplet eliminator. The main section of the condenser consists of coils made of smooth pipes with diameter 25x1,5; united by collectors. The heat-exchange unit has a protective coating obtained by hot-dip galvanising.....
