Emergency Switching Point for Self-Rescuers PPS Mob-MS-30/4 - Safeguard Against Hazardous Atmospheres

PPS are designed to store reserve self-rescuers and protect people from the harmful factors of the mine atmosphere when switching to reserve self-rescuers in emergency situations when leaving remote areas, as well as for shelter and rest mountain rescuers during the elimination of accidents in underground workings of mines and mines, including dangerous by gas and dust. PPPs belong to the rescue equipment and are an autonomous technical device. The main purpose is to protect miners from the harmful effects of the mine atmosphere during an accident. The harmful factors of the mine atmosphere include gases from explosions, smoke, suspended coal dust. CCPs are prefabricated metal structures of modular type: inlet module, outlet module and intermediate modules. All modules are connected hermetically with the help of a sealant, end modules (inlet and outlet) have hermetically closing doors.
