The device ERA10-IL is designed to determine the coordinates and direction of movement of the vehicle using the signals of at least two active global navigation satellite systems, the initiation of an automatic or manual call to the operator, the transfer of the message (MND) of the vehicle in road traffic and other accidents and the establishment of two-way voice communication with the operator of the state automated system "ERA-GLONASS" over the networks of mobile radio telephony.
