Powder developer "Elitest PR9" is used for luminescent capillary control. It is a loose white powder, applied by sprinkling, air suspension in a storm chamber or electrostatic spraying. It lies evenly on the surface and well draws out penetrant in the defect cavity. The white background created by the developer increases the clarity of the indicator pattern.
