"The electrostatic field intensity meter IESP-01 (hereinafter referred to as "the device") is designed to measure:
- electrostatic field strength regardless of conditions and nature of its occurrence;
- electrostatic potential of display screens during their certification according to GOST R requirements;
- electrostatic potential of display screens at workplaces with computer equipment.
The device complies with the general technical requirements of GOST R 51070-97 for electric and magnetic field intensity meters designed to control electromagnetic safety standards in the field of nature protection, labour safety and population.".
