Electrostatic filters type EGAV

Electrostatic precipitators are designed for purification of gases from harmful (polluting) emissions in various industries and provide productivity on purified gas up to 1 500 000 m3/h; purification efficiency 99,5 ... 99,95 %, dustiness at the inlet up to 90 g/nm3, dustiness at the outlet up to 0,05 g/nm3.
Design features: interelectrode distance up to 500 mm; height of electrode systems up to 15 metres; corona elements with reduced corona discharge ignition voltage; corona electrodes are made with reduced number of semi-active zones; shaking of corona electrodes is made from above; precipitation electrodes are made according to the technology that allows to exclude deviations of the electrode surface plane in the direction of the corona electrode.
The design of electrostatic precipitators is protected by patents of the Russian Federation, which allows to provide emission reduction in the same housing dimensions not less than 10 times, and it is confirmed by industrial operation.
