Description

Designed to measure the time intervals of operation and release of relays and other contact devices, the formation of the average value of the results of several measurements, counting the number of measurements and displaying the results in digital form
Replaces discontinued electric stopwatches PV-53l and similar.

On the side panel of the instrument there is a pair of sockets for monitoring the frequency of the reference oscillator
