Electronic Control Unit for Gas Turbine Engine (ESUD) - Automatic Control and Regulation

ESUD is an electronic part of the electronic-hydromechanical system of automatic control and regulation of the gas-tube engine.

The ECU provides:
- engine start control;
- protection against overheating during the start-up process;
- limitation of the set engine rotor speed;
- maintenance of rotor speed at intermediate modes;
- limitation of the maximum engine rotor speed;
- limitation of the rotor speed change rate during boost and throttling;
- limiting the temperature of gases upstream of the turbine;
- control of air bypass from the compressor;
- protection of the product in case of abnormal operating modes;
- measuring and analysing parameters of the product and its systems, outputting the results to the electronic unit;
- calculation of product operating time.
