Electron-beam evaporator power supply unit is designed for power supply of filament and anode voltage, control of two electron-beam evaporators (EBs) with individual settings of each of them. The unit is equipped with: <ul> <li>- front control panel</li> <li>integrated overcurrent protection system</li> <li>inbuilt breakdown protection system with automatic reclosing</li> <li>RS-485 interface for communication with a computer</li> <li>Modbus RTU protocol control</li> </ul> *Operational Manual is available on request: LCMK.352.00.00.00.00.000 RE POWER SUPPLY UNIT OF ELECTRONIC-RAY ISPARITEL BP ELI 352-10-6 It is allowed to deliver the device as a part of the installation without packing.
