Description

Electron-beam evaporator power supply unit is designed for power supply of filament and anode voltage, control of two electron-beam evaporators (EBs) with individual settings of each of them.

The unit is equipped with:
- front control panel
- integrated overcurrent protection system
- inbuilt breakdown protection system with automatic reclosing
- RS-485 interface for communication with a computer
- Modbus RTU protocol control
