Electric Tunnel Dishwasher MPT-2000 for Efficient Restaurant Cleaning

Tunnel dishwasher MPT-2000 is designed for washing plates, glasses, cups, cutlery in small and medium-sized catering enterprises. It is produced in right-hand (dish movement from right to left) version. The machine has separate water circulation systems for washing and rinsing.

The casing is double-walled with a heat-insulating gap of 15 mm. It can be operated with both hot and cold water supply. The energy recovery system utilises the available heat from the machine to pre-heat the cold water supply, which saves energy.

The principle of operation of the heat exchanger (recuperator) MPT-2000: the recuperator takes the heat of the steam created during rinsing in the chamber of the tunnel machine and transfers it to the water, which enters the boiler, which ensures continuous operation of the dishwasher not only with hot, but also with cold water supply.
