Machine dough mixer spiral electric TMC-100NN-2 is designed for kneading yeast dough in bakery enterprises, pastry shops and catering enterprises:
The main characteristics of the spiral dough mixer TMS-100NN-2:
- possibility of kneading any kind of dough sandy dough for biscuits and tartlets; unleavened dough for dumplings, manty and noodles; yeast dough for buns, pies and patisseries; yeast dough for wheat and rye breads;
- additional possibility of kneading of a steep dough with the total mass not exceeding 30% of the norm for loading of ordinary yeast dough;
Possibility of short-term reversible rotation of the kneading organ and the bowl for easy removal of dough residues;
- belt and chain drive;
- use of quality belts with oil and heat resistant coating made of polyurethane and elastomer mixture.
