The main characteristics of spiral dough mixer TMS-20NN-MC: quiet operation due to low speed of rotation of elements of the bowl drive; motor-reducer for stable operation of the electric motor and avoidance of its overheating; increased safety margin of the kneading organ (spiral) due to a larger cross-section compared to analogues; constant speed of rotation of the spiral; original shape of the spiral; the gap between the kneading organ and the bottom of the bowl is 3-5 mm; rounded inner corners of the bowl to facilitate hygienic cleaning of the machine; polymer coating of the body of the bowl.
