Electric Overhead Crane for Heavy Lifting in Industrial Applications

The design department of JSC "NCHKZ" has developed an optimally balanced design that meets all the requirements of GOST. The location and number of stiffening diaphragms, the use of steel 09G2S -12 on the upper and lower belt of the span beams, provides a high service life of lifting equipment, with proper operation and timely maintenance. Mechanisms of movement of the crane and cargo trolley are carried out with the help of motor-reducers in the assembly, which allows repairing or replacing the whole assemblies. The crane control system with the use of frequency converters allows to regulate and adjust the speed of lifting and lowering, crane and trolley movement to the technological processes of a particular enterprise and for specific tasks. The used paint protects the metal from the influence of aggressive external environment.
