Electric induction cooker PEI-2/L2 D, "Dominator" trade mark

The electric induction cooker PEI-2/L2 D belongs to the trade mark "Dominator". It is intended for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. 2 burners, each burner 2.5 kW; total power consumption - 5 kW.

Voltage 220/380, V. Boiling time of 1 litre of water is about 3,5 minutes. Collapsible frame is made of profile elements of stainless steel AISI 430 grade 1.2 mm thick, legs of stainless steel pipe 40x40 grade AISI 430.

The plate stand is equipped with a shelf and height adjustable supports. Each plate has side strips and rear spoiler to provide ventilation.
