Description

Fryer is designed for cooking various dishes in a large amount of hot oil or fat at catering and trade enterprises. Cold zone of the bowl prevents contamination of oil or fat with food particles. The model is equipped with a temperature limiter, drain valve, temperature regulator, operation/heating indicator of the device. Has an electronic control system that allows you to programme up to 4 modes and maintain the set parameters with an accuracy of 1 degree.
