Electric food boilers KPEM-100-OMR with drain cock

The electric food boilers with stirring and tipping functions are designed for cooking broths, first, second and third courses. The boiler is used at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. Drainage of the finished product is carried out by tipping the cooking vessel with the help of a manual drive or through a drain cock. The lid is fixed in the upper position with a lock. Water heating is carried out by steam-water jacket method. The boiler is equipped with a bottom easily removable mixer for mixing the prepared product. The mixer has adjustable speed of rotation and reverse. The material of the vessel is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304. The boiler has 3 heating modes. The boiler is supplied with a mounting stand.
