Purpose, field of application:
Boiler electric food boilers ship KEPS-160 is designed for cooking and heat treatment of food products (boiling water, cooking broths, first courses, compotes, drinks, cooking vegetables and side dishes in water, heating of ready food, etc.).
REMAINS FUNCTIONAL:
? During prolonged static tilting (without time limitation) in any direction up to ±15°.
? Rolling with an amplitude of 45° and a period of 7 to 9 seconds in any direction.
? When exposed to 98% relative humidity at an ambient temperature of 35°C.
? When exposed to ambient temperature for a prolonged period (without limitation) from 1°C to 45°C.
? After exposure to salt (sea) fog.
Distinctive features:
? Works according to the principle of "indirect heating" - the "steam and water jacket" method, which completely excludes burning of the product.
? Made of high quality stainless steel.
? It has three operating modes:
