Electric Deep Vibrator with Built-in Motor AP50 for Concrete Compaction

The electric deep manual vibrator with built-in electric motor is designed for compaction of concrete mixtures when laying them in monolithic structures with various degrees of reinforcement in hydraulic engineering construction, as well as in the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products for prefabricated construction with a spacing between the reinforcement bars of not less than 1.5 diameter of the vibrating tip. Vibrator series AR, consists of a vibrocone and a plastic box with a switch, connected with each other rubber-metal sleeve. The supply cable is connected to the switch box.

The AR series vibrators are switched on by means of a switch located in the plastic box. The vibrator is powered from an inverter (power 1.5 kW, input voltage 220V, current frequency 50 Hz, output voltage 42V, current frequency 200 Hz) or from an inverter of higher power, providing the rated voltage when the vibrator is operating.
