Electric cooker 4-compartment cooker PEP-0,48-DSH-01

The electric 4-burner cooker is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in platen dishes, preparation of first, second and third dishes (boiling, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. The body of the cooker PEP-0,48-DSh-01 is made of stainless steel, the other parts are made of galvanised steel. The cooker is equipped with four cast iron burners with a total area of 0.48 m2., the size of each 417x295 mm., the power of one burner 3 kW., the maximum temperature of the working surface is not more than 480 degrees.The cooker has a roasting cabinet on 4 levels for baking trays / GN 1/1 (530h470 mm).

The set includes 2 baking trays made of black metal 530x470x30 mm. The roasting cabinet has separate power regulation of the upper and lower heaters. The cabinet automatically maintains the set temperature from 50 to 300 C.
