Description

The oven is designed for baking a wide range of bread and bakery products. The oven is designed for use in bakeries and other food industry enterprises. The oven is installed between the dough pieces final proofing unit and the equipment for transporting finished products to packing or packaging.
The oven can be used in mechanised lines or as an independent unit.</li> <li>The oven consists of a baking chamber, baking chamber doors, a drive station, a mesh tray with a return channel, a tension station, a vapour moistening system, a frame, electrical equipment, cladding and thermal insulation.</li> </ol>The oven drive is equipped with a frequency regulator, which allows to adjust the speed of movement of the oven grid bed within the range of 10 to 30 min. baking time.
