DD-3000 Dust Divider for Uniform Powder Distribution to Burners

Dust divider is one of the most important parts of the mill and is designed for uniform distribution of dust flow to the burners of the boiler, which is carried out by blades on the cover and body of the dust divider. The operation of the divider is as follows, dust and gas mixture, swirled by the blades of the centrifugal separator of the mill, from the outlet pipe enters the inlet housing of the dust divider. Due to the rotation of the flow, part of the dust is pressed by centrifugal forces and the lower cone of the transition spigot to the walls of the dust divider, enters the chambers between the shell and the wall, is reflected from the lid and walls of the housing and collides with the upward flow. As a result of collision of the reflected and upward flows there is mixing and equalisation of dust concentrations in front of the outlets, due to which high uniformity of dust concentration distribution in the cross-section of the collecting shell and in the outlets of the dust divider is provided.
