Dual-Circuit Impulse Soldering Tweezer DIPP-65 M for Precision Electronics

Two-circuit thermo-tweezers are designed for soldering small double-lead ceramic components (resistors, capacitors, inductors). The tweezers allow to remove or install extremely sensitive components without damage. The heating rate of the tweezers is selected by the technologist or radio installer and can be adjusted by changing the power supplied to the tweezers depending on the task.

The narrow tips of the tweezers allow safe re-soldering of small dual lead components. The wide tips of the tweezers extend the range of applications. Larger components and multi-lead components as well as SOT23 packages can be handled with these tips.

The thermotip is equipped with removable nichrome tips in two sizes. For gentle heating of components, the design of the tips of the thermocouple provides for a larger contact area with the contact pads and a smaller area with the component.
