Description

The axle is designed to change and transfer torque from the cardan shaft to the wheels of road vehicles made on the basis of a tractor and is an element of the tractor suspension. The axle is equipped with two braking mechanisms for braking the tractor. The axle consists of the main gear, covers, on-board planetary gears, half axles, pneumatic drum brakes. The main gear in turn consists of bevel gear and differential on the basis of two free running clutches. Main gear crankcase, casing, hub, driver, brake drum, shoes, caliper are cast from high-strength cast iron, other parts are made of alloy or plain steel.
