Dough proofing cabinet, electric RT-530U

Dough proofing cabinet, electric, is designed for proofing bakery and confectionery products in a heated (+30 to +90 degrees), humid atmosphere, at catering enterprises. In the chamber of the cabinet, at the bottom, there is a heating element. Above the heating element there is a tank for water. Filling the tank with water is manual. In the chamber, on 8 levels, can be installed trays, pastry sheets or gastronorms, sizes GN1/1 530x325mm or GN2/1 650x530mm. Using additional brackets, it is possible to place trays or dishes of almost any smaller size in the cabinet chamber. Thermoregulator, in automatic mode, provides temperature maintenance in the range from +30 to +90 degrees. The cabinet chamber is closed with a door made of trauma-proof glass. The door opens from right to left. It is possible to change the hinge of the door to open from left to right. In the closed position, the door is secured with a magnetic lock. The cabinet is made of stainless steel.
