The dough mixing machine is designed for intensive industrial operation at bakery and confectionery industry enterprises for kneading a wide range of yeast and yeast-free dough: for bakery products; with low moisture content (lamb, dumpling); for production of confectionery products (sugar, puffed biscuits, galettes, gingerbread, etc.). Advantages: two Z-shaped moulded kneading organ, rotating at different speeds towards each other, provide quality kneading; the bowl has a water jacket for cooling or heating the kneaded mixture; machine liner, bowl lid, bowl - stainless steel grade AISI 304, kneading organ - cast from foundry stainless alloy; buttons on the control panel of the machine have a degree of protection IP 65.
