The use of the transfer is especially favourable in cramped conditions. Mutually interchangeable with the railway crossing of the project 1580. The sharp crossing is prefabricated - the moulded core is connected with rail whiskers. Blunt cross member is one-piece cast from high manganese steel.
The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. All pads have high flanges. The frame rails and shackles are HFI hardened.
