Disposable 3-Layer Medical Mask with Ear Loops for Effective Protection

A medical device for single use with a protective function of filtration of micro-particles and bacteria contained in the air - aerosol splashes, smoke and other physiological body fluids, excretions. The mask is a product covering the mouth and nose, consisting of a filtering layer placed between layers of non-woven material, with fastening on the ears. The outer layer is a dyed nonwoven material (single colour), minimum density 13-15 g/m2. The middle filtering layer - nonwoven non-coloured material with a minimum density of 15-20 g/m2. Inner layer (adjacent to the face) - coloured non-woven material, minimum density 13-15 g/m2. The three layers of material between each other are soldered on the machine using ultrasound or assembled manually by stitching between each other.
