Disk Mulcher "Fank-8" - Ideal for Soil Surface Treatment and Preparation

Disc mulchers are used for surface tillage. They allow to carry out basic and pre-sowing tillage to a depth of up to 12 cm for cereals, forage and industrial crops.They provide shredding of crop residues and their mixing with the soil (mulching), fertiliser incorporation and windfall, levelling and rolling of the field surface. Plant residues, evenly mixed with the topsoil, protect the soil from blowing and leaching, improve air exchange.

At the same time, plant residues, being in the ground, are actively transformed into humus, increasing soil fertility.Mulching machines are designed for operation in all agro-climatic zones, on all types of soils, including those subject to wind and water erosion, except for stony, with a slope of the field surface not more than 8?, soil hardness in the cultivated layer not more than 1.2 MPa, soil moisture from 12 to 25%, with the height of plant and crop residues not more than 25 cm.
