Sound signalling device digital with vibration and light indication "Pulsar-3" is designed to inform people with hearing impairment about the presence of sound signals intercom, door and telephone bell, crying baby, emergency call (built-in button in the transmitter crying baby).
Signalling device is wireless in design.
