Description

Diffusion high-vacuum unit AVDM-100 is designed for pumping out of hermetic volumes of air, gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures, non-aggressive to materials of construction and working fluid and not containing moisture and mechanical contamination. Diffusion high-vacuum unit AVDM-100 is used together with a forevacuum pump, the speed of action of the forevacuum pump is not less than 3.6m3/h. Type of climatic execution UHL4, the unit is not intended for use in fire-explosive production facilities.
