Description
The device for monitoring the presence of flame in the boiler furnace Torch-012-01 is a microcontroller-based device using semiconductor ultraviolet and infrared photodetectors.
The device is designed to monitor the presence of flame in the furnace of gas oil and pulverised coal boilers, process units and to provide signals to the control and protection circuits of the units.
The device is intended for use as part of existing and designed systems of emergency protection of boiler units. Two photodetectors of ultraviolet (wavelength from 320 to 1100 nm) and infrared (wavelength from 900 to 1700 nm) spectra are used to achieve reliable control of the common flame presence on all types of fuel.
The device for controlling the presence of flame in the boiler furnace Torch-012-01 is designed to meet the requirements of GOST 21204-97 and GOST R 52229-2004 in terms of general requirements, requirements for safety automatics, flame sensors and combustion control signalling devices.
