Description
"Dianon" is a new unique development of TSNK company, which combines two products at once: a portable fast-acting highly sensitive detector, which allows to detect and identify explosives both in the form of vapours and particles (traces) and a search radiometer, which allows to detect and localise sources of ionising gamma radiation.
The built-in radiometer allows estimation of the radiation dose rate, indication of the maximum value of the dose rate during operation, as well as indication of the accumulated radiation dose during operation of the device. The working exposure time of the Dianon radiometer is only 1 second, which is an undeniable advantage of this product over competitors.
The instrument is based on advanced technology, which is based on the principle of non-linear dependence of ion mobility on electric field strength. The corona discharge principle is used for ionisation of sample molecules.
