Decanter for Beverage Production and Storage - Optimize Your Distillation Process

Technological tanks for storage of production products, are a necessary element of the braggorektifikatsionnaya installation BRU. They are designed to separate condensate into two layers - syrup oil and water-alcoholic fraction. Vapour condensate from the condenser of syrup oil vapour is directed to the decantator, where the oil is mixed with luther water supplied from the collector. The dispersed mixture of syrupy oil and water, having passed the contact column of the decanter, from bottom to top goes to the decanter, from which the upper oil layer (syrupy oil) is taken to the collector and then fed to the alcohol-receiving compartment. The water-alcoholic fraction from the decantator through the alcohol cooler is directed to the water-alcoholic liquid collector.
