Cyclones CS-C-XXXX

Cyclones are devices for cleaning gases (air) from suspended particles under the action of centrifugal forces (without irrigation liquid supply).
Cyclones are not intended for cleaning aggressive, explosive and gas-dust mixtures prone to sticking and condensate formation from solid particles, as well as at temperatures above 400 °?.
Cyclones are not designed for operation under overpressure over 0.07 Pa.
Sparks and smouldering particles are not allowed to get into the Cyclone.
Cyclones belong to the category of universal equipment (apparatus), as they can be used with equal efficiency in most of the technological processes characterised by the formation of a large amount of industrial dust.
Cyclones, as a rule, are used for preliminary cleaning of gases and are installed before fine cleaning devices (bag filters, electrostatic precipitators).
Functioning of Cyclones can be carried out both in continuous and periodic modes of operation.
