Cyclone Dust Collector ЦОЛ for Effective Grain Dust Extraction

Tsol cyclones are designed for capturing coarse grain dust in aspiration installations of elevators. Centrifugal dust separator (cyclone) COL captures coarse dust with particle size more than 125 microns: sawdust, weeds, grain dust and other impurities, and is not intended for capturing sticky and fibrous dusts. The peculiarity of the design of the CLC is the presence of anti-suction cone device, which serves for regulation of pressure value in the inlet pipe of the cyclone, working on the discharge. The efficiency of capturing coarse grain dust is 95-98%. In case of excessive pressure loss and when the cyclone is operating on discharge, the anti-suction cone device can be dismantled.
