Curd cooler twin-screw type OT-2

The OT-2 cooler is used in the production of curd of pasty consistency.
Curd of uniform consistency is widely used as an independent foodstuff. In addition, it is often used as a basis for the preparation of yoghurt, sports snacks, children's dishes. Demand for such a product does not fade and is increasing everywhere.
Device
The apparatus consists of a bed, to which is attached a gearmotor, which performs the function of the drive, as well as the main and loading hoppers. Two drums are also attached to the bed and the main hopper, in the inter-wall space of which the refrigerant circulates. A drum rotation drive is mounted to the other edge of the main hopper.
