Cultivator KSU-6P

Cultivator for continuous tillage, semi-trailed. It is designed for continuous loosening of soil up to 25 cm, destruction of weed vegetation. It consists of:
- three welded frames (centre frame, two wings), to the brackets of which the working tools are attached, directly interacting with the soil. The method of protection of the tines against overloading - shear bolts.
- truss, which is a welded structure to which the centre frame, chassis and trailing device are attached.
- hydroficated chassis.
- hitch (welded frame structure with forged rotating shackle and damping device).
To adjust the cultivation depth, a double roller made of U-shaped profile is installed at the rear of the cultivator, which additionally loosens the soil and by means of which the cultivation depth is adjusted. A spring harrow is installed in front of the roller to make furrows in the soil. The width of the cultivated strip is 5.7m.
