Crane Manipulator Installation IM 240N for Repair and Loading Applications

Crane-manipulator units (CMU) produced by INMAN JSC are designed for production of repair and maintenance and loading and unloading works as part of the crane-manipulator hoisting. CMU are manufactured in climatic version U1 according to GOST 15150 for operation at ambient air temperature from + 40 to - 40C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperature +25C, air dustiness up to 1 g/m3 and allow storage at temperature up to -50C. KMU reliability indicators:- service life not less than 10 years;- average operating time per failure not less than 150 hours;- operational labour intensity of daily maintenance not more than 0,3 man-hours;- specific total operational labour intensity of maintenance (without daily maintenance) not more than 0,05 man-hours;- resource before writing-off - 10000 hours. Each CMU passes acceptance tests at the enterprise, according to the programme approved in the established order.Cargo moment 22,57 tm;Load capacity maximum 10 000 kg, at maximum outreach 2730 kg.
