Cooling Fluid Distribution Block for Vacuum Systems - Reliable Control and Safety

The unit is designed for distribution of coolant and control of its parameters in vacuum units.

The unit is equipped with: <ul> <li>- emergency interlocking system</li> <li>ModBUS-TCP protocol control (Ethernet 10Base-T)</li> <li>has RJ-45 connector for operation in TCP/IP data transmission network</li> </ul> The unit provides continuous control of each of the eight channels: instantaneous coolant flow rate and temperature. Distilled water according to GOST 6709-72 is used as a coolant. Pressure and temperature measurements are performed on both inputs and outputs. The 3U (132.5 mm) high front panel ensures mounting of the unit in a typical 19-rack with a depth of at least 700 mm.
