The stainless steel roasting cabinet chamber is wrapped with thermal insulation and closed with a door. The door opens from right to left. Lower and upper heating elements are installed in the chamber. The lower heating elements are covered with box-shaped bases. The upper heating elements are open. In the chamber, on 5 levels, GN2/1 trays (530x650mm, depth from 20 to 200mm) can be installed. Switching on and off the lower and upper heating elements is done by corresponding switches.
