The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switches in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong. The stainless steel roasting cabinet chamber is wrapped with thermal insulation and closed with a door. The door opens from right to left. There are lower and upper heating elements in the chamber. The lower heating element is covered with box-shaped bases. The upper heating element is open. Trays, which are included in the delivery, can be placed in the chamber on 5 levels. Switching on and off the lower and upper heating elements is done by corresponding switches. The temperature in the cabinet is regulated by a thermo regulator.
